Ahmed Pickles contain fresh fruits and vegetables, preserved in salt, mustard oil and vinegar with spices. The typical Bengali pickle tastes sour and hot/sweet. Most pickles are hot and some are spicy. Ahmed Pickles are best used as accompaniments to traditional main dishes such as Khichuri, Rice and Meat & Vegetables and also make tasty appetisers.
Ingredients: Limon 60-64%, Spuaneam oil, Salt, Acetic acid E-260, Red chilli, fenugreek, Aniseed, Fennel, Cumin seed, Turmeric, Onion seed.
Caution: According to traditional recipe the Mango pieces are cut with stones.
