How to prepare:Wash & dress 500 vegetables, like egg plant, sticks, marrow, potatoes,peas, cauliflower, ext, boil 200g toor dhal in 800ml of water for 40mins, retain water, soak 50g tamarind in 10ml water, Extract pulp, sieve and transfer into boiled dhal, separately fry 100g, coarsely chopped red onions and 100g chopped tomatoes, add the vegetables 20g, sambar masala, slat, and stir 5mins, Transfer dhal along with water and simmer for 20mins
