Elephant atta is a special blend of white and wholemeal chapatti flour offering you delicious white chapattis with strong ground wholemeal goodness. In 1962 Elephant atta was the 1st atta to be made in the UK to meet the needs of the growing South Asian communities. At this time there were no flours suitable for making traditional bread-like chapattis, parathas, Puris and naans. Storage: Once opened store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place usw within 6 months of opening.
