We have a 24 hours refund policy if any of the groceries are received in bad condition. You will need to send a picture of the groceries which are received in bad condition within an hour of the delivery. We will assess the pictures and description of the reason before it’s approved for refund. If a refund is accepted, You will need to have a receipt of your purchase to be able to claim a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, package ruptured, or if you receive a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of the fruit and vegetables and as they are perishable goods the refund request must be within 24hours. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
