Description
This vegetable looks and tastes unique. The outside is soft and fuzzy while the inside of the pod contains small edible seeds which create a distinctive viscous juice. Taste-wise, think mild, grassy flavours.
● Is known to go by the name of “lady’s fingers”, also ochro, vendakkai, bendakkai, and bhindi
● Can be eaten raw, pickled, grilled, fried, roasted or stuffed with spices
